The 50 by 100 ft plot (about 15 × 30 m) is the most common plot size in Kenya. Every plan lists its footprint in metres, so you can check it fits with room for setbacks, parking and a garden.

Every house plan is KSh 1,000, 95% off the usual KSh 20,000. It’s a single payment with no subscription.
How do I receive the plan after paying?
After paying, send the plan name on WhatsApp to +254 722 888 721. We email the PDF to the address you entered at checkout. If you can’t see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Will my county approve this plan?
Counties require plans to be submitted by registered professionals and checked against your actual plot. Take the drawings to a registered architect or engineer in your county to prepare the approval set.
Can I change the rooms or the size?
Yes. WhatsApp us with the changes you want, such as an extra room, bigger spaces or a different roof, and we’ll give you a price.
Will the house plan fit my plot?
Each plan lists its footprint in metres. Compare it with your plot size, and leave room for setbacks and parking. If you aren’t sure, send us your plot size on WhatsApp before you buy.
